"In West Germany, the Red Army Faction and the Jne 2nd Movement have attempted to create a revolutionary situation. They have contributed enormously to the central task of our time: the destruction of the rule of capital. Both of thse urban guerrilla organizations grew out of the anti-imperialist mass movement of the sixties. They rellied on themselves, rejected the fearful passivity of the West, in the seventies. They continue to fight on, even today, so as to keep the revolutionary experiment alive into the inevitable crisis of the eighties."
